Hiring Process

The job application screening phase is about matching the CV’s to the advertised required skills and competences of the new hire. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the first interview. All candidates will receive email confirmation of successful job application.

After finishing process of screening applicants, we will contact selected candidates for interview. We will schedule the first interview which is consisted of discussing you previous professional career, getting to know you as a person and providing you information regarding job position you applied for.

After finishing the first interview, you receive the technical task for selected position. Enough time for resolving the task is provided considering the complexity of the task, our procedures and your current obligations. During this period, you can contact our colleagues in case you have some questions.

After submitting your task, our team takes few days to analyze your solution. The second interview consists of discussion on this technical task. Through evaluation and assessment of your technical skills and competences, we can more precisely predict and plan your onboarding process.

Psychological testing is used to help us define your personality, interests and career development potential. Through evaluation and assessment of your cognitive abilities, personality characteristics, skills and interests, a more accurate prediction of a likely future behavior is created.

After all selection phases, we will chose the best candidates for open positions. We will contact the best fit to discuss job offer, benefits package and working conditions.
